Master bedroom and bath in a 2br 2ba apartment
Located on Beach and Edinger in Huntington Beach, very close to the 405 and 22 freeways; close to Bella Terra. Only 10 mins to the beach. We have a balcony and plenty of parking.
I will be moving to New York City temporarily and will need someone to take full responsibility of the room and rent. There is another female who is 24, professional. We do not smoke or do drugs. Both of us have 9-5 jobs. I have some furniture in the room which you can use if you need- or I will take it all out.
I am asking that you provide 1 month rent plus 850 for security (this 850 will be refunded to you or applied onto the last months rent)
