We couldn't be more excited to welcome the most darling Boston mix to Boston Buddies; everyone say hello to Daisy! Daisy is 8 years young and has had quite a nomadic life since her owner passed away back in March. She was placed by her owners family with a new family who only kept her for a few months before surrendering her to the shelter. Daisy wasn't doing so well at the shelter, who in turn called Boston Buddies, and we went and broke her free. She is a very healthy girl weighing in at 21lbs. Daisy has absolutely blossomed since being here with us. Although she's still a bit shy, Daisy has no problem making sure she's available for a belly rub or some back scratches. Because of a lack of foster homes, Daisy is at a cage free doggie day care we use. Daisy is doing well with other dogs; her and our other buddy Betty are great pals!! She is looking for a home full of love and she is longing for some stability. Daisy has an extremely gentle, sweet soul and would love to curl up on the couch with you and watch your favorite show or catch some sun rays in the backyard. She is very attentive and follows our volunteer everywhere! Daisy definitely has some spunk in her step too! If you like to go on walks, runs, or hikes Daisy would be the perfect girl to join you!! She knows how to sit on command and LOVES her treats! Not to mention, she has the sweetest smile ever! Daisy has always been an indoor dog. She is housebroken She is up to date on shots, micro chipped, spayed, heart worm and fecal tested (both negative).
