Hi, the (goood) I have a 16 foot with high ceilings)which easily fits in your driveway)xxxx weekend warrior light toyhauler(xxxx lbs) supercross edition,i have a clear title/pink slip & registration is paid to date,smooth fiberglass sides instead of corrigated aluminum with mx logos(that can be removed with a heat gun)it's dual axle,with brakes,with excellent condition maxxis h-duty trailer radials & 2 spares one rim with maxxis radial & 1 extra tire in great condition,local sale,$$$ only etc,grey interior,2 burner stove,30 gallon water & 15 gallon grey water tank & 15 gallon black sewage tank,refrigerator,toilet & shower,5 gallon propane,optima blue deep cycle battery,forced air heating,(no a/c) but i used a portable with an exhaust hose out of an access panel,near the rear,the couch folds out into a bed but me & my wife used a twin matress at the rear,it was a on smoking trailer,pull it with a 1/2 ton vehicle & 2 5/16 ball & can load it up to xxxx lbs,I would take 2 quads & a motocross bike & all my stuff,it has an extension cord & electrical panel with breakers for the outlets & lights or it runs off the batteries,there are cabinets etc.the (bad) I bought it from the original owner who only used it twice & let it sit in a storage yard,so when I bought it the tires were cracked & the fiberglass skin at the front was warped fron a water leak where it meets the roof,the water leak also damaged the flooring in the bathroom & on one half of the floor it's bubbled up from the moisture.i was planning on putting a new fiberglass skin or diamond plate up front re doing the floor with quality plywood & vynl or carpet.additionaly there is a small part in the water heater that needs to be replaced which I bought & the carbon monoxide detector(o.e.m.) quit working so a battery powered from Home Depot,or a new one from the rv store can be ordered.if you have some construction skills & a little time & are willing to put in the effort you can have a toyhauler for the price of a box trailer.,thanks for looking
